Returns can be made within 7 days.

 

RETURNS AND THE RULES

  • When will the amount be refunded to my account? Returns take between 5 to 10 working days to process. If your return has been processed, you will receive an email from at the registered email address confirming that the amount will be refunded. You will be reimbursed using the same payment method used for purchase, within 10 working days.
  • Items should be returned in their original state, unused, complete and in their original packaging
  • If items are damaged or incomplete you will be charged accordingly

RETURNS  

  • Any postal costs will be met by the customer from outside The Netherlands
  • Complete and include the ‘returns form’ in your parcel
  • Send, via Track & Trace, to: Vondels, Schinkeldijkje 16Q, 1432 CE Aalsmeer, The Netherlands
  • Keep the Track & Trace number to monitor, when necessary
  • Once your returns have been received you will be notified by email

 

REFUNDS BASED ON PAYMENT METHOD

Your funds will be reimbursed within 10 working days (from the moment your return was processed). Once your return has been received you will be notified by email.

Credit card: The purchase amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card

iDEAL: The purchase amount will be automatically transferred to the account in question (only the Netherlands)

PayPal: The purchase amount will be automatically transferred to your PayPal account

 

LEGAL GUARANTEE

When purchasing items in Vondels' webshop, legal guarantee will be applied. Legal guarantee means that the item has to do that which the consumer may reasonably expect of it. There is no legal framework attached to this guarantee, as the consumer’s expectations may differ for each item.
