Ordering online at www.vondels.com couldn’t be easier. You will find details of how to place your order, deliveries and payment options.

 

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Click on your chosen product. Then click on ‘Add to My Bag’ - the item will appear in your shopping bag. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping bag at the top right hand side of the screen. An overview of your order will appear, in which you can make any necessary changes. If you have an account, sign in. If not submit your details. Finally, choose your preferred shipping and payment method and complete your order.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT?

Sure! Our presents always arrive beautifully wrapped in our bespoke Vondels boxes. Should you wish to surprise someone with their own gift simply select a different delivery address. The invoice will be sent to you.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation number, both on the website and via email. You can also check your order from your online account (if applicable).

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

Orders placed within the Benelux region, from Monday - Friday and before 3pm will arrive within 1 working day.   

We will inform you about dates for international deliveries.

 As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking code, so you can monitor delivery status.
